Hi and welcome to Bjorkfitness, your home for Online Fitness Training! Here you will find all the info you need to get started and how it works.!

People choose to work with a online fitness trainer for many different reasons. Some of us are just more comfortable working out from home. For others it can be a scheduling and time management issue. The good news is that I am here to help You!

I offer personal programs where you workout on your own and we do regular check-ins to keep you motivated and on track. I also have 1 On 1 live video sessions where I will guide you through your own specialized workout routine!

The main thing is for you to take care of your health and fitness as consistently as you can! Online personal training coach is a wonderful tool for this and it’s great for all levels and needs.

You do not need any experience to get started. You do not need any equipment either. You just need to get started!

I was in my 60s when health and fitness became my no. 1 priority.  When we began, we worked in various gyms. Then at home where I had  the necessary gear and No gym fees, no bad audio, no waiting for space. AND NOW WHAT?  How to train? Sasa arranged a FaceTime schedule for us to try. I doubted its value. I whined some. I was not enthused!! But we stuck to the schedule and after a week or so, I began to understand how valuable and efficient it is. Perhaps it will be the very best option for training.
